Sr. Manager, Engineering Strategy & Transformation Program Manager (HVAC)

Location: Hybrid in Plymouth, Minnesota, United States

Annual base salary: $100,800–$171,700, plus a 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Maintain the Engineering Transformation Office roadmap, portfolio data, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Apply program management, governance, reporting, and documentation practices across transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate Engineering, Digital, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare executive review materials, dashboards, agendas, action logs, decisions, and follow-up activities.
• Track transformation objectives, deliverables, KPIs, benefits realization, resource needs, and delivery confidence.
• Identify conflicts, gaps, risks, and barriers and escalate them through appropriate governance channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in transformation program management, enterprise PMO, strategy execution, engineering transformation, operational excellence, or related work.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supporting complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating strategic priorities into transformation roadmaps, portfolios, governance plans, and implementation actions.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and project or work-management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering, product development, New Product Introduction, digital transformation, quality, or operational excellence programs.
• Knowledge of Lean, Agile, stage-gate, change management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with KPI tracking, resource planning, business-case support, Fluid, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Planner, or Visio.
• Project management, Agile, Lean, or change management certification.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
