Sr. Technical Program Manager - Real Estate

Location: US - Foster City, CA; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $169,100–$270,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Corporate IT programs supporting office expansions, consolidations, relocations, renovations, and new site deployments.
• Plan and deliver workplace technology infrastructure, including audiovisual systems, conference rooms, network infrastructure, wireless connectivity, digital signage, and collaboration spaces.
• Partner with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace Experience, architecture firms, AV consultants, engineering teams, and vendors.
• Manage integrated plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, funding requests, business cases, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate procurement, site surveys, design reviews, implementation, testing, cutover readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Drive cost optimization, technology standardization, capacity planning, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement across workplace technology deployments.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD; 11+ years may substitute for a degree.
• Experience managing large-scale corporate real estate, workplace technology, infrastructure, or construction-related technology programs.
• Strong program management experience across technology, facilities, workplace experience, business, and real estate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of audiovisual technologies, conference room design, collaboration platforms, digital signage, enterprise networking, wireless technologies, and structured cabling.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, total cost of ownership, capital and operating expenditures, vendor proposals, and detailed cost estimates.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Lean, Agile, or related certification.
• Experience with project portfolio management, reporting, and governance processes.
