Senior CDx Global Product Manager

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom; based on site. Travel: approximately 20%, including overnight travel.

hirify.global’s Leica Biosystems develops cancer diagnostic solutions and staining reagent products for clinicians and pharmaceutical partners.

What you will do

• Manage growth, lifecycle activities, and reporting for Companion Diagnostic products within the staining reagents portfolio.
• Execute complex CDx new product development initiatives in line with APD, Design Control, and related processes.
• Launch CDx products in collaboration with pharmaceutical partners, regional and country commercial teams, external agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the CDx strategy for the staining reagents portfolio, including performance tracking and reporting.
• Deliver complex procedural, standard work, and non-growth projects with supervision.
• Participate in site-based initiatives and contribute to portfolio strategies that differentiate Leica Biosystems in the market.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a product manager or marketer for CDx programs.
• Experience in medical diagnostics sales and/or marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of the companion diagnostics development process, including IVD product development and design control.
• Knowledge of oncology clinical trial strategies and the current companion diagnostics regulatory landscape across global regions.
• Ability to work on site in Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, including overnight travel.

Nice to have

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in a business- or science-related discipline.
• Specialized knowledge of the CDx market, particularly immunohistochemistry (IHC).
