Sr. Manager, Product Management (Point of Care Medications)

Location: UK/Europe; remote office environment. Travel of 25–30% is required, primarily across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel to Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.

What you will do

• Own the medication point-of-care portfolio, including hospital hardware and digital medication solutions.
• Define product vision, positioning, buyer and user personas, requirements, use scenarios, launch plans, and market priorities.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, technology assessment, customer co-creation, and identification of new market opportunities.
• Partner with engineering to develop product roadmaps, improve features, and coordinate cross-functional release execution.
• Work with marketing, sales, distributors, and country field teams on product launches, commercialization, sales enablement, and customer-facing materials.
• Align major release decisions with the US product management counterpart and own customer acceptance of final releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in product management and product adoption.
• Strong understanding of hospital pharmacy workflows, customer needs, and healthcare or medication-related challenges.
• Ability to analyze markets, product performance, business metrics, and revenue impact to make sound decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, prioritization, and influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams, external clients, and executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Healthcare, medication, or supply chain experience.
• Understanding of Agile product development.
• Digital and data skills.
