Senior Product Manager (Clinical Finance)

Location: Remote in Romania or the United Kingdom

hirify.global develops Greenphire Clinical Finance software for clinical-trial budgeting, benchmarking, and site payments.

What you will do

• Set product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for assigned Clinical Finance products with the Associate Vice President of Product Management.
• Shape integrated workflows covering clinical pricing, investigator grant budgeting, fair market value benchmarking, site contracting, and payment execution.
• Lead discovery by translating sponsor, CRO, site, business, operational, and market needs into product outcomes, scope, success measures, dependencies, and priorities.
• Manage, coach, and develop Product Owners while providing customer context, roadmap rationale, decision support, and ambiguity resolution.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Architecture, Quality, Services, Support, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing throughout the software development life cycle.
• Recommend investments, evaluate product outcomes, support implementations and demonstrations, and drive launches, adoption, and continuous improvement, including AI-based capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, work experience, and training.
• Direct sponsor-side experience with clinical pricing, budgeting, benchmarking, investigator grants, site contracting, negotiations, or payment operations.
• Experience implementing, configuring, launching, or operationalizing technology in a pharmaceutical sponsor, biotechnology sponsor, CRO, clinical-trial, or related environment.
• Formal product management experience covering discovery, strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, delivery, and the software development life cycle.
• Experience with Site Payments, clinical payment platforms, Budgeting & Benchmarking, fair market value data, or budget-to-payment workflows.
• Typically 8 or more years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, strategic, communication, stakeholder-management, and people-leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical-trial technology, financial operations software, regulated SaaS, or other data-driven and operationally complex environments.
• Experience delivering products across multiple countries, currencies, sponsors, CROs, sites, and payee models.
