What you will do

• Lead a dedicated cross-functional team across two major customer and revenue categories.
• Own growth targets, including new customer acquisition and retention.
• Set product strategy and roadmap priorities based on expected business impact.
• Build and manage a continuous experimentation program with prioritized hypotheses, concurrent tests, success metrics, and guardrails.
• Improve the customer journey across acquisition, onboarding, checkout, pricing presentation, treatment, refills, and subscription retention.
• Communicate business metrics, experiment results, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including several years in growth, funnel, or monetization roles with ownership of business metrics.
• Deep fluency in experimentation and data analysis.
• Established experience working with AI agents in daily product work and a clear perspective on their impact on team operations and product development.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego, high-emotional-intelligence working style.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work on-site in London, England.
