What you will do

• Implement analytical potency methods for release testing, stability testing, product characterization and optimization, reference standards, and investigations.
• Prepare technical reports covering investigations, product and impurity characterization, and regulatory submissions.
• Generate and analyze analytical data supporting product development and regulatory submissions.
• Provide analytical updates, documentation, and data interpretation to product and process development and product quality teams.
• Support analytical method development, qualification, and transfer while staying current with relevant literature and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an associate’s degree with 2 years of Operations experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of Operations experience.
• Expertise in cell culture and cell biology techniques for quantitative determination of protein biological activity.
• Experience with cell-based bioassay development, including characterization, qualification, validation, and technical transfer.
• Experience with signal transduction, gene expression, receptor binding, and fluorescent probe technologies.
• Strong documentation, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and detail-oriented skills.
