Sr Dir, EDI & Data Integration Services (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Irving, Texas, at hirify.global Corporate HQ

Salary: $156,500–$290,100 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead the Data, EDI, and Integration organization, setting priorities, performance expectations, resource allocation, and talent development plans.
• Develop and execute strategies for EDI, customer data quality and delivery, integrations, service models, and operational performance.
• Oversee EDI administration, trading partner onboarding, transaction management, connectivity, monitoring, issue resolution, and support.
• Lead integrations with clinical, financial, ERP, and other third-party platforms, including complex and high-risk implementations.
• Manage customer- and partner-facing discussions, translating business requirements and technical considerations into scalable solutions.
• Improve scalability through standardization, process modernization, automation, technology, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience leading data operations, EDI, integrations, technical services, or related functions in a software, SaaS, healthcare technology, or similarly complex environment.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical and operational teams and developing talent across different areas of expertise.
• Strong understanding of EDI, APIs, system integrations, data exchange, and integration platforms.
• Strong executive presence, communication, problem-solving, relationship management, and customer-facing leadership skills.
• Experience with operational strategies, performance measures, process improvement, scalable service models, and cross-functional delivery.

Nice to have

• Healthcare technology, supply chain, procure-to-pay, or healthcare data integration experience.
• Familiarity with Boomi, MuleSoft, Redox, Mirth Connect, HL7, EDI, AS2, SFTP, XML, JSON, and web services.
• Experience developing technology and integration partnerships.
• Experience leading automation, process modernization, or AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives.
