Director, Global Master Data Management Governance

Location: Field-based role available in the United States; primary locations include Raritan, New Jersey; Raynham, Massachusetts; and West Chester, Pennsylvania. Remote work may be considered on a case-by-case basis with company approval.

Base pay: $150,000–$258,750 annually.

What you will do

• Own the global master data management data and systems landscapes, including policy, domain-to-platform assignment, quality standards, and decision rights.
• Develop and implement MDM strategies supporting commercial, supply chain, R&D, corporate systems, enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and business applications.
• Lead teams and external partners delivering MDM priorities, systems improvements, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Establish metrics, identify data and systems deficiencies, and drive continuous harmonization and quality improvement.
• Partner with IT, supply chain, R&D, commercial, corporate systems, regulatory, compliance, legal, and external data organizations.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, training, tool enablement, and executive-level recommendations for MDM governance and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or IT; MBA or MS preferred.
• 10+ years of professional experience and prior people management experience required.
• Experience creating enterprise or business-specific MDM strategies, data governance frameworks, multifaceted data architectures, and AI-ready data environments.
• Experience with MDM, supply chain, R&D, corporate, and commercial systems.
• Strong project and account management, testing strategy, technical, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams, managing outsource partners, developing training materials, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Nice to have

• Experience working as an analyst or supporting call-center processes.
• Experience with process improvement tools such as SFE or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in query and report writing tools, incentive compensation systems, and Microsoft Office software.
