Legal - Specialist

What you will do

• Review, interpret, and process garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, IRS levies, and other legal attachments.
• Place, update, and remove account restrictions, holds, and freezes required by legal orders.
• Research accounts, available funds, member information, and compliance requirements.
• Enter and validate legal orders and case information while maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor queues and workloads to meet service level agreements and support workload balancing.
• Escalate complex cases and communicate with internal departments, courts, employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Knowledge of legal regulations, court orders, and compliance requirements related to garnishments, levies, liens, and other legal processes.
• Experience researching and interpreting legal documents and account information.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage time in a fast-paced environment, and work independently using sound judgment.
• Ability to work in the hybrid onsite and remote model in Pensacola, Florida.
