Paralegal

Location: Remote; hybrid work preferred in San Francisco, California

What you will do

• Develop legal intake briefs for Marketing partners, covering required information, contract types, and key terms.
• Work with legal resources to identify contract components and prepare accurate documentation.
• Draft marketing BIAs and related legal documents for Legal and stakeholder review.
• Incorporate feedback from Legal, Marketing, and client stakeholders to finalize documents.
• Create standardized templates and centralized libraries for marketing-related legal requests.
• Track legal document workflows and recommend improvements to legal content, processes, and systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience and strong tenure in a paralegal or legal operations role.
• Experience supporting marketing, contracts, commercial legal, or similar work.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing multiple documents and workflows.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with ownership and accountability.
• Experience driving process improvements and structural change in a legal or compliance environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
