Enterprise Solutions Engineer (B2B SaaS): Leading enterprise pre-sales engagements from discovery and architecture through demonstrations, proofs of concept, and implementation with an accent on complex IT environments, endpoint management, and scalable technical sales assets. Focus on designing enterprise solutions, solving Windows and networking challenges, building reusable playbooks, and influencing product direction through customer feedback.
Location: Remote from home for residents of Virginia or Florida, United States; approximately 30% travel for customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.

What you will do
- Own the technical pre-sales cycle for enterprise accounts, including discovery, product demonstrations, architecture design, evaluations, and proofs of concept.
- Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business goals and deal strategy.
- Collaborate with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate implementation and long-term adoption.
- Review and align technical content for RFPs and RFIs.
- Build reusable technical assets such as lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, scripts, playbooks, and processes.
- Represent at enterprise events and provide customer feedback that informs product roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
- Proficiency in Windows environments, including registry, services, and performance troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Linux and macOS systems and command-line troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, endpoint lifecycle management, and complex IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems; scripting with PowerShell, JavaScript, or VBScript is preferred.
