Program Director, WellConnected (Epic)

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of the WellConnected Epic Community Connect Program.
• Oversee affiliate implementations, including demos, site assessments, workflow walkthroughs, timelines, governance, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Develop reusable program frameworks covering resource models, cost estimation, governance structures, offerings, pricing, contracting, communications, escalation channels, and service-level agreements.
• Maintain a strategic roadmap of simultaneous initiatives, identifying dependencies, conflicts, overlaps, and efficiency opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between affiliate clients and internal legal, HIM, revenue cycle, IT, compliance, clinical, finance, branding, and marketing stakeholders.
• Oversee affiliate account management, expectation setting, relationship management, stabilization, and issue escalation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology required; a master's degree in Information Technology is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience managing large and complex programs in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated success implementing EHR systems collaboratively with clients and multiple teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, team-building, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to self-direct, delegate appropriately, build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and work effectively in an ambiguous environment.
• PMI-certified project manager or IAPM Certified Project Manager certification is preferred upon hire.
