What you will do

Manage multiple complex programs within the Technical Professional Services practice.
Implement and maintain program management processes and best practices.
Lead program teams of 1–15 onshore and offshore members.
Monitor program budgets, metrics, KPIs, and deliverables.
Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate collaboration across Sales, Solutions, and Delivery.
Support business development, account growth, service expansion, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Seasoned experience in technical program and project management.
Proven success delivering complex projects and technical programs.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
Experience partnering with Account Managers, Sales leaders, and Solution or Technical Architects.
Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
