Program Manager (Technical Professional Services)

What you will do

• Manage multiple complex programs within the Technical Professional Services practice.
• Implement and maintain program management processes and best practices.
• Lead and coordinate program teams of 1–15 onshore and offshore members.
• Monitor budgets, program metrics, KPIs, project plans, and deliverables.
• Build stakeholder relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sales, solutions, and delivery teams.
• Drive client satisfaction, account growth, and additional service opportunities.

Requirements

• Seasoned experience in technical program or project management.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex programs and projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating onshore and offshore resources.
• Ability to establish partnerships with Account Managers, Sales leaders, and Solution or Technical Architects.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
