Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Modesto, California, United States; must live within a commutable distance. Hybrid telecommuting is available, with required travel to company offices, sites, or meeting locations up to 5% of the time.

Salary: $151,000–$226,600 per year

What you will do

• Own technical product solutions and AI-driven development initiatives that deliver enterprise value.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and build tools aligned with existing processes.
• Shape product roadmaps and guide solutions from development through implementation and ongoing support.
• Lead feature design, story development, release planning, testing, documentation, maintenance, and installation across multiple delivery teams.
• Set priorities, manage schedules, remove delivery barriers, and align technology and architecture plans with business goals.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders, monitor emerging technologies, and coach team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible IT experience, including software development or product analysis; or 3 years of technical product management or product ownership experience. Equivalent high school pathway requires 9 years of relevant IT experience.
• For the preferred level: Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant IT experience or 5 years of technical product management/product ownership experience; equivalent high school pathway requires 11 years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading software, product engineering, development, or business systems analyst teams.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile software methodologies, software engineering, and coding/programming.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences, influence stakeholders, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing Digital Asset Management systems, especially Sitecore Content Hub.
• Experience implementing, supporting, or enhancing Product Information Management systems, especially Salsify PIM.
• Experience managing digital content from creation through stakeholder consumption.
