Lead Product Manager (AI)

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 annually, including on-target earnings.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery for a next-generation web experience platform.
• Lead continuous discovery through customer interviews, experimentation, and data-informed product decisions.
• Work with product managers, engineering, and design to implement scalable strategies and workflows.
• Navigate technical dependencies across multiple teams and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Drive product strategy, outcome-focused metrics, assumption testing, and customer-centric practices.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders and foster empowered, high-performing product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience delivering complex, multi-quarter platform initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong technical fluency with enterprise content management, document workflows, or professional services software.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products, semantic indexing, RAG systems, and AI-powered document intelligence.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with agile development, feature flags, A/B testing, and product instrumentation.
• Ability to operate autonomously, influence without authority, and make strategic product decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal technology, regulatory compliance, or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications for content management.
