Branch Manager (Electrical Distribution)

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States; onsite branch-based role

What you will do

• Lead the branch's inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Drive profitable sales growth, customer account development, pricing execution, and customer service.
• Manage warehouse operations, delivery logistics, purchasing, quotations, inventory, and product availability.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, sales forecasts, and corrective actions based on performance metrics.
• Maintain safety standards, company processes, ISO certification readiness, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with sales, purchasing, supply chain, finance, accounting, pricing, real estate, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience is valued.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or a related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in ISO-compliant environments, including documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work more than 40 hours when required, travel through the assigned territory, and attend overnight events or customer visits.
