What you will do

• Design and deliver technical and product-based learning experiences for clients, colleagues, and partners.
• Develop tailored training solutions that improve knowledge retention and support successful implementation of payment products and technologies.
• Analyze training effectiveness and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise clients and stakeholders to increase solution utilization and strengthen business outcomes.
• Coach teams and build organizational capability as technologies, compliance requirements, and client expectations evolve.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical or product-based training to diverse audiences.
• Experience across the full training lifecycle, including analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong consultative, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex initiatives and influence decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of technology-enabled solutions, products, or payment-related environments.
• Employment in the United States requires completion of a drug test after a conditional offer.

Nice to have

• Professional training or instructional design certification.
• Experience in payment processing, financial technology, or highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency in a second language and experience training global audiences.
