Senior Technology Trainer (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid role based at the St. Petersburg, Florida corporate office, with attendance expected 3 days per week. Travel to field offices, conferences, and events is required at approximately 65–70%.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver interactive in-person and virtual training on proprietary technology and third-party applications.
• Create education plans and conduct needs analyses for advisors, branch associates, management, and advisory teams.
• Develop course outlines, facilitator guides, student materials, presentation decks, and other training aids.
• Lead technology workshops and presentations that support solution implementation, adoption, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of technology platforms and update educational materials for product enhancements and new releases.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders on education and adoption strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, education, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• Three to six years of general experience, preferably including at least three years in corporate learning and development.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training, managing education plans, and creating educational content.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and the financial industry.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences and use complex technology in a rapidly changing environment.
• SIE certification is required unless an exemption or grandfathering applies; Series 7 is required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
