Head of Global Investments Training

Location: Houston, Texas, with a hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office. The role supports colleagues across global regions and time zones, includes periodic travel for in-person training events, and may require occasional meetings outside standard business hours.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global investment learning and professional development strategy.
• Partner with investment leaders, HR, subject matter experts, and external providers to identify training needs and build scalable learning solutions.
• Design and coordinate learning pathways, onboarding, mentoring programs, networking events, and professional qualification support for investment professionals.
• Manage training providers, contracts, logistics, communications, participant records, and learning systems.
• Administer CPD processes and report on training completion, participation, learner feedback, and program effectiveness.
• Manage the learning and development budget, governance, and continuous improvement of the training platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in professional development, learning and development, investment management, investment operations, talent development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience translating business and training needs into learning solutions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, internal subject matter experts, and external training or education providers.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, logistics, communications, reporting, or learning and CPD systems.
• Strong program management, communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across global time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience designing training programs for investment professionals or working in the asset management industry.
• Knowledge of investment roles and professional development needs for investment teams.
• CFA Charterholder, coaching qualification, learning and development certification, or advanced degree.
• Experience with learning management systems, CPD platforms, investment research tools, or AI-enabled learning solutions.
