Learning and Development Partner

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $94,728–$151,572 per year

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps, critical skills, and workforce development priorities.
• Advise leaders on learning strategy, talent development, leadership capability, and workforce readiness.
• Design scalable learning programs and development pathways aligned with business objectives and future workforce needs.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Lead skills-based learning initiatives that support career growth and internal mobility.
• Use learning technologies and data to measure and improve business impact.

Requirements

• Experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field.
• Expertise in designing and implementing learning solutions that improve employee growth, leadership effectiveness, and business performance.
• Ability to consult, influence, and build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience assessing learning needs and developing scalable solutions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Curiosity and commitment to staying current on learning trends.
