Product Group Manager

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; office-based workplace.

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic direction for a product group or geographic region in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Formulate and implement marketing and communications programs promoting products and services to customers and supporting bank officers.
• Identify and prioritize product development and modification initiatives, pricing, and product positioning.
• Maintain relationships with clients, sales professionals, marketing teams, product managers, and other banking personnel.
• Manage profitability and quality standards for the product group or geographic region.
• Potentially manage marketing, sales, product development, administrative, and technical staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience and strong understanding of consumer lending, overdraft income management, or credit risk.
• Analytical ability in data mining, data manipulation, and forecasting.
• Financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans.
• Ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine courses of action, and execute effectively.
• Experience in project planning and management, including managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candid and concise communication skills.
• Executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability and enthusiasm to drive results and innovation.
