What you will do

• Coordinate the flow of air import shipments from arrival through final delivery, including broker handoffs and dispatch.
• Track and trace shipments, resolve operational exceptions, and coordinate with airlines, truckers, customs brokers, and overseas offices.
• Prepare, review, and distribute import documentation while maintaining accurate data in operational systems.
• Manage customer billing, invoicing, add bills, credits, and Billed Not Paid / Paid Not Billed items.
• Audit freight invoices and billing data, resolve accounting errors, and communicate discrepancies to finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, customer procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in air import operations, global logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of air import processes, billing, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and financial aptitude.
• Proficiency with standard office tools such as Excel and Word, as well as operational systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
