Intern – Manufacturing Investigations (Pharmaceutical)

What you will do

• Contribute to manufacturing investigation projects and project milestones.
• Organize assignments to meet deadlines and resolve problems under supervisor direction.
• Complete fixed assignments that support peer-to-peer training during rotation transitions.
• Participate in meetings and deliver presentations to personnel at different organizational levels.
• Maintain technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy through regular work reviews.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in and have completed the first year of an accredited four-year undergraduate program.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on premise in Mulgrave, Victoria, Australia.

Nice to have

• Understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with coding, software development processes, or data analysis.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, including responsible AI and risk management practices.
