NPD Project Specialist (Drinks Product Development)

Location: Hybrid working, based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Lead project management for new product development, existing product development, maintenance change, and strategic initiatives from idea through launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional creative, commercial, production, and other stakeholder teams to meet project KPIs.
• Run regular project work-in-progress meetings and maintain accurate project status updates.
• Manage project briefs, product costs, stage-gate documentation, and process visibility for key stakeholders.
• Manage projects in Adobe Workfront and support improvements to the platform’s capabilities.
• Escalate project risks and issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Business or science degree, or project management qualifications.
• At least two years of project management experience, preferably in the drinks industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging, product development, and end-to-end supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and dependencies.
