Project Manager (Payments)

What you will do

• Lead, plan, execute, control, and report on complex payment conversion and integration implementations.
• Define and govern project scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, costs, milestones, and quality standards.
• Manage data conversions, customer and vendor integrations, and the deployment of hirify.global products for new portfolios.
• Coordinate large cross-functional teams and collaborate with client executive steering committees and senior leadership.
• Manage change control, risks, issues, decisions, deliverables, project billing, and implementation communications.
• Build strong client relationships and support the resolution of project conflicts and escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant education or experience in business, finance, or IT.
• Typically at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Project management experience with the ability to lead complex implementations and matrix teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Black Belt certification.
• MS Project skills and experience with implementations in the credit card industry.
