Project Manager (Gaming Compliance)

What you will do

• Deliver complex, interconnected projects from scoping and requirements gathering through solution delivery.
• Build and manage detailed project plans and risk registers using Smartsheet.
• Coordinate stakeholders across transformation, technology, commercial, gaming operations, analytics, legal, regulatory, loyalty, data governance, and privacy functions.
• Establish governance cadences, track milestones, and provide regular delivery reporting.
• Capture business requirements and collaborate with technology teams and external partners to design and roll out effective solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in large, complex matrix organisations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, written communication, verbal communication, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile, along with scheduling and project tools including Smartsheet.
• Strong problem-solving ability and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business strategy into action.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, AML/CTF, or responsible gaming.
• Exposure to transaction monitoring, eKYC, or facial recognition technology.
• Tertiary qualifications in business or technology and/or formal project management certification.
