TL;DR

Location: North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

Contract: 1 year, with renewal or conversion dependent on business needs

What you will do

  • Support Project Leaders and Clinical Project Managers with project management activities across assigned clinical research projects.
  • Establish, maintain, and audit project files, records, reports, timelines, plans, databases, and tracking tools.
  • Coordinate project communications, documents, materials, supplies, meetings, agendas, minutes, actions, and follow-ups.
  • Review study-site payment details, support payment processing, and assist with budget allocation and invoice approvals.
  • Manage study-specific eTraining and monitor compliance across project teams.
  • Prepare status, tracking, finance, dashboard, and project summary reports while monitoring metrics and alerts for senior management reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical research experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Broad knowledge of operational systems and practices, with strong MS Office and computer skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English.
  • Teamwork, problem-solving, prioritization, detail orientation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, project teams, and clients.
