What you will do

• Act as an event generalist and support the event production team and customers.
• Provide guidance, information, and customer support throughout event activities.
• Apply event production best practices and analyze events to support appropriate resource use.
• Engage with internal divisions and subject-matter experts to identify and meet business needs.
• Apply company values, operating principles, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Requirements

• Degree in event production or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years of experience coordinating events.
• Demonstrated expertise in event planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and department-specific software.
• Strong organization, customer service, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and travel.
