Spare Parts Specialist (Energy)

What you will do

• Create Recommended Spare Parts Lists for new-unit and service inventories, scheduled maintenance, and major overhauls.
• Develop Vital, Ideal, and Preventative parts lists and Spare Parts Interchangeability Records proposals.
• Partner with Regional Parts Specialists to generate orders from developed parts lists.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on technical and portfolio solutions.
• Respond to customer issues, resolve them quickly, and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in parts operations, cost accounting, or customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bills of materials.
