Procurement Specialist (Electromechanical Devices)

Location: On site in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, supporting the Monterrey 3.0 site. Global relocation/LTA support is not available.

What you will do

• Execute purchasing and logistics strategies that optimize supplier cost, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
• Design and implement local sourcing plans for products and materials.
• Support sourcing strategies aligned with current and future business requirements.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to ensure compliance and operational performance.
• Deliver and participate in training programs related to procurement procedures and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• 3–5 years of experience negotiating electromechanical equipment and components.
• Experience managing national and international suppliers and working with RFQs.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, cost analysis, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with supplier development and evaluation, including cost-reduction and savings projects.
• Advanced English proficiency and availability to work on site in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.
