Senior Software Engineer II, RPM Growth & Ops

Location: New York City / US East Coast; remote engineering team with working hours aligned to US East Coast clinics and patients

Salary: $150,000–$210,000 annually for NYC

What you will do

• Build and improve automations for patient outreach, data synchronization, and reporting.
• Develop growth ideas for the remote patient monitoring program and ship them to production.
• Maintain RPM and EHR integrations with monitoring that detects issues early.
• Manage the EHR integration pipeline, including exports, re-exports, and clinic reports.
• Provide fast engineering support for clinics, patients, and support staff.
• Lead EHR integrations as larger clients are onboarded.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping and operating production systems, typically with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience founding something or working as an early engineer, with end-to-end ownership of problems.
• Strong reliability mindset, including monitoring, clean integrations, and calm incident response.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to clinicians and support staff.
• AI-native working style and ability to review AI-generated work critically.
• Solid TypeScript skills or ability to learn it quickly, plus experience with APIs, data pipelines, and complex third-party integrations.

Nice to have

• EHR or healthcare data standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Healthcare billing experience.
• Mobile development experience.
