Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Platform (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States only. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States; international work is not permitted during scheduled work hours.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Turn marketing priorities into scoped engineering projects and make technical decisions with the broader engineering team.
• Define funnel events, implement client- and server-side tracking, reconcile conversion data, and validate attribution.
• Build SQL models and dashboards for cost-per-visit and cohort analysis.
• Support the build pipeline and ClickHouse data behind marketing attribution tooling.
• Design, build, and maintain web features, APIs, and supporting data flows.
• Investigate performance, conversion, testing, monitoring, and data-quality issues, then ship improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production software, with substantial ownership of web applications.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience with a modern web framework such as React and Next.js.
• Experience shipping fast, accessible landing pages and funnel experiences, including bulk publishing workflows.
• SQL fluency and comfort working with warehouse data.
• Experience owning production event tracking and measurement across web and backend systems, including attribution validation and data-quality debugging.
• Sound judgment regarding web performance, accessibility, testing, sensitive data, and computer science fundamentals; a related bachelor's degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, experimentation platforms, customer data platforms, lifecycle tools, and technical SEO.
• Experience designing experiments or improving conversion through A/B testing.
• LLM application experience, including streaming, tool calling, and evaluation-driven iteration.
• Experience working with healthcare data standards such as CDA, CCD, or FHIR.
