Senior Software Engineer (AI) (C#/.NET, React, AI): Building scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems and services with an accent on full-stack engineering, cloud-native development, and production reliability. Focus on leading complex technical initiatives, influencing architecture modernization, developing AI-enabled solutions, and improving distributed systems through strong APIs and CI/CD.
Location: US Remote
Salary: $104,148–$177,600 per year

What you will do
- Lead implementation of complex software systems and services.
- Influence architecture and modernization initiatives.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Support operational excellence and production reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core, and modern application frameworks.
- Experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
- Strong backend and frontend engineering experience.
- Experience with cloud-native application development and AI development tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and CI/CD, with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives independently.
