Operations Associate (Logistics)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday

Salary: $68,000–$74,000 per year

hirify.global is an online home destination developing a proprietary logistics network and optimization platform for its end-to-end supply chain.

What you will do

• Manage operational processes and engagement with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze datasets and create visualizations, ad hoc analyses, and reports in Google Sheets.
• Monitor supply chain health, key performance indicators, and progress against core metrics and OKRs.
• Develop sustainable performance management frameworks across multiple supply chain process paths.
• Translate business problems into actionable, data-driven solutions and communicate concise recommendations.
• Collaborate with warehousing, transportation, technology, suppliers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and port authorities.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of transferable corporate experience, including internships or co-op experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Interest in emerging technology and ability to integrate generative AI tools such as Gemini into daily work.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global visa sponsorship is required.
