3PL Partner Manager (Automotive)

Location: Remote in California, United States; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Travel of up to 25% is required, along with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform extended standing, walking, and repetitive tasks.

Annual base pay: $114,612–$203,335 USD.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s commercial relationship with its third-party logistics provider and act as the primary point of contact.
• Lead a team of 3PL Fulfillment Specialists responsible for warehousing and customer fulfillment.
• Coordinate with digital, systems, business, customer service, sourcing, and other internal teams.
• Monitor 3PL performance metrics, service levels, operational issues, inventory accuracy, packaging supplies, and shipment discrepancies.
• Validate monthly 3PL invoices, track actual costs against plan, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Develop a scalable 3PL ecosystem and selection process for service parts, accessories, apparel, and merchandise.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, and material management, preferably with 3PL providers.
• 2+ years of management experience in supply chain, logistics, or business management.
• Proven experience overseeing third-party logistics relationships and representing a brand with external partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and warehouse management skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, project management tools, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools such as SmartSheet, Tableau, Alteryx, or scripting tools.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, material management, analytics, operations, or an equivalent field.
• Experience working in startup environments and building operational tools and processes.
