What you will do

• Run and optimize automated market-making strategies on centralized crypto exchanges.
• Manage quoting parameters, including spreads, sizes, skew, and inventory limits, in response to market conditions.
• Own the P&L of team and individual strategies while monitoring positions, exposures, margin, and inventory in real time.
• Research fill quality, adverse selection, queue position, markouts, venue economics, and trading data.
• Collaborate with quantitative developers and researchers on pricing models, signals, features, latency improvements, and safe deployments.
• Identify opportunities across new listings, venues, instruments, fee tiers, rebates, liquidity programs, and API limits.

Requirements

• University degree in a numerical discipline with strong grades.
• 3+ years of experience as a market maker or systematic/electronic trader in crypto or traditional markets.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure, including order books, queue dynamics, adverse selection, latency, and fees.
• Knowledge of perpetual futures, funding rates, basis, and margin mechanics.
• Programming and data analysis skills, ideally with Python and SQL, plus hands-on experience tuning automated quoting strategies.
• Ability to make calm decisions under pressure and work flexible hours within a 24/7 coverage model.
