Trade Support Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Provide operational support for several crypto trading desks.
• Capture trades for futures and futures options.
• Reconcile trades and positions with clearing houses and brokers.
• Calculate and substantiate daily P&L.
• Master proprietary trade capture, inventory, treasury, and risk management systems.
• Own processes and improve trading tools, workflows, and technology in partnership with traders, researchers, and software engineers.

Requirements

• Strong interest in or working knowledge of crypto.
• Previous experience with Version Control, Git, Python, Cron, and Linux.
• At least 2 years of experience in front office, middle office, back office, or risk management roles involving exchange-traded and over-the-counter products and derivatives.
• Substantial interaction with front-office teams and senior management in an active trading environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently, analyze problems, and implement solutions.
