Lead Civil Designer (Civil 3D)

Location: Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Oklahoma - Remote; Oklahoma City, OK; Texas - Remote; Tulsa, OK. Flexible remote and hybrid options are available in the listed regions, with travel required for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate project staff across all disciplines involved in site development projects.
• Plan and oversee quality assurance and quality control reviews for project deliverables.
• Provide senior-level design reviews and resolve technical issues across projects.
• Act as a consultative resource for clients during project resolution and client meetings.
• Develop subject matter expertise, improve production efficiency, and support project studies through drawings, sketches, and data collection.
• Supervise and review assignments completed by less experienced staff and travel to job sites during construction as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Drafting.
• 10 years of CAD software experience, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Project management skills for medium-sized projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits.
