Survey Project Manager-PLS (Land Surveying)

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon, United States; hybrid work model with flexible scheduling.

Salary: $122,000–$161,200 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate with clients and client representatives on surveying projects.
• Supervise research, computations, fieldwork, drafting, and related project activities.
• Analyze complex survey data, troubleshoot measurement issues, and gather field evidence.
• Perform boundary research and resolutions under PLS review.
• Maintain surveying standards and advise users on surveying processes and methods.
• Prepare survey proposal scopes and cost estimates while coordinating with field and office leads.

Requirements

• PLS license with at least 4 years of experience.
• At least 6 years of combined office and field experience.
• College or technical program graduation.
• Experience in business development and client-facing work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Washington driver’s license.
