Account Manager (POS & VM)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace with up to 40% from home and the option to work from abroad for up to 90 days per year after 12 months.

What you will do

• Coordinate the production and delivery of point-of-sale and visual merchandising campaigns for the M&S Food account.
• Receive client and internal briefs, define timelines, communicate creative templates and manage costings.
• Lead pre-production meetings and brief final artwork to the artwork production team.
• Coordinate with M&S marketing and planning teams, printers, artwork production and internal account stakeholders.
• Manage print specifications, POS allocations, cost trackers and purchase orders using the Media Centre system.
• Track campaign deadlines, identify risks early and support smooth delivery to stores.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an agency environment with advertising experience.
• Knowledge of creative processes and a thorough understanding of POS and visual merchandising.
• Basic print production knowledge, including understanding cutter requirements.
• Strong project management skills and experience trafficking multiple projects in parallel.
• Excellent attention to detail, ownership, time management and proactive communication.
• Comfort working between stores, taking measurements and collaborating with M&S and ITG teams.
