Location: Remote, United Kingdom; can be located anywhere within EMEA. Regular travel across EMEA is required.

What you will do
- Own and deliver the EMEA SAP Services revenue target across SAP Support (L4), Application Management Services, and Consulting.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and expand market share.
- Drive renewals, new-logo acquisition, and expansion opportunities across SAP Services offerings.
- Align sales, solution engineering, marketing, delivery, and regional leadership around execution and customer success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking against the Operating Plan.
- Monitor SAP ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategy and positioning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on SAP services.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of SAP Support, AMS, and Consulting business models.
- Experience managing global teams and driving cross-regional alignment.
- Strategic thinking, operational rigor, execution discipline, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
