Sr. Financial Analyst – NBC Sports

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of four office days per week

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare production budgets for upcoming NBC Sports seasons and manage assigned properties.
• Attend budget meetings, coordinate follow-up, and work with Scheduling on staffing plans and budgets.
• Support monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and post-close reporting.
• Manage accounts payable responsibilities, including invoice coding, approvals, payment tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Actualize production budgets by posting expenses in show models and reconciling them to the General Ledger.
• Prepare financial analyses, pacing, estimates, long-range plans, budgets, and variance explanations for operators and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least three years of finance, accounting, or business analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work physically from the Stamford facility and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
