Core Finance Analyst-Corporate Banking

Location: Birmingham, Alabama, United States; hybrid schedule with regular full days in the office three or more days per week

Salary range target: $69,442.45–$88,360.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain models for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Perform monthly financial analysis and monitor business results and bottom-line impact.
• Identify budget-variance drivers and coordinate their understanding with responsible parties.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans with supporting commentary.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, business reviews, presentations, and special projects.
• Present financial analysis to support management decisions and enhance reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a directly related field.
• At least three years of experience in management reporting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with financial analysis, research, and report development.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Regular in-office attendance is required three or more days per week; relocation assistance is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with Essbase Financial Reporting or a similar tool.
