What you will do
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform gap and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and maintain business and system process documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor deliverables for small to mid-sized projects and project tasks.
- Serve as a liaison between business units, stakeholders, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance to less experienced staff and support enterprise initiatives across departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analyst experience.
- Experience supporting broad-impact, cross-functional systems.
- Advanced requirements elicitation, business analysis, and gap analysis skills.
- Experience creating business and process documentation and designing system improvements.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and project lifecycle principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organizational, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Professional Business Analyst certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PBA.
