Strategic Analytics Consultant (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects focused on optimizing programs across clinical areas.
• Design and execute data-driven analyses of trends, outcomes, provider patterns, regulatory impacts, and program performance.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations, business cases, and investment guidance for senior management.
• Advise leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across clinical operations, network, finance, and actuarial teams.
• Build impact models and evaluate implemented initiatives against defined objectives.
• Prepare executive presentations and mentor junior analytical staff.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting, healthcare analytics, or a similar high-impact role.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex analytical projects and converting insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation, statistical analysis, scenario modeling, and financial impact assessment.
• Knowledge of health plan operations, P&L dynamics, value-based care models, and healthcare business levers.
• Strong project leadership, strategic problem-solving, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• US citizenship required; the position is remote in Pennsylvania, United States.

Nice to have

• Three years of clinical experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Master’s degree in healthcare, economics, business administration, public health, health administration, finance, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• RN, PharmD, or another clinical degree.
