Senior Business Process Analyst

What you will do

• Gather operational objectives, define project scope, and conduct moderate to complex research and business analysis.
• Manage cross-functional projects and change initiatives involving business process solutions, implementation strategies, and control measures.
• Map current and future-state business processes, identify gaps, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Communicate business requirements to internal application development and testing groups.
• Coordinate project progress, conduct pre- and post-implementation reviews, and lead functional walkthroughs.
• Develop reports, desktop procedures, training materials, and provide guidance to less experienced employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or in a related operational area.
• Experience with business analysis, process design, process improvement, process mapping, and business requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in the health insurance industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral presentation, collaborative problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Physical work site required; position is remote work from Pennsylvania.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in claims, billing, customer service, or another related operational area.
