Vice President, Global Software Engineering (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based between a home office and the Raleigh, NC office, United States

Base salary: $260,000–$300,000 annually, plus eligibility for a performance-based annual corporate bonus.

What you will do

• Own the execution and business impact of the hirify.global ShareFile engineering portfolio.
• Set the multi-year technology vision and lead engineering transformation, development, and scaling.
• Drive delivery of differentiated, secure, reliable, and commercially successful products.
• Align engineering priorities with business outcomes through collaboration with Product, Design, Security, Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Develop executive-level talent and build leadership capacity across global engineering organizations.
• Ensure engineering investments reflect customer needs, market dynamics, operational excellence, and company strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hirify.globalive software engineering leadership experience, including leadership of large, global, distributed engineering organizations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade SaaS, cloud, platform, data, AI, or mission-critical software products at scale.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud-native platforms, enterprise software, cybersecurity, data, AI, automation, and modern engineering operating models.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, platform modernization, architectural transformation, AI-assisted development, engineering productivity, and modern SDLC practices.
• Experience with reliability engineering, scalability, observability, incident management, cost optimization, security, privacy, compliance, and secure software delivery.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder influence, board-level storytelling, cross-functional decision-making, organizational design, and transformation leadership skills.
