Vice President, Information Technology (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with Boston, MA preferred; candidates may also be based near Santa Barbara, CA or New York City, NY. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $262,000–$326,900 per year, depending on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead a global organization of approximately 150 people across AI, applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture.
• Set enterprise technology strategy with the COO and senior leadership, covering ERP, revenue systems, supply chain, finance, e-commerce, marketing technology, and contact center platforms.
• Operationalize AI and automation through transformation pods, enablement targets, agent governance, authentication, and enterprise guardrails.
• Lead data strategy, platforms, and engineering on a modern Snowflake-based platform.
• Modernize cybersecurity toward NIST maturity, own SOX controls, and maintain SEC material-incident disclosure readiness.
• Oversee infrastructure, operations, support, site and manufacturing engineering, technology investments, vendors, outsourcing, and BPO relationships.

Requirements

• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Experience leading global, distributed technology teams and senior technology leaders.
• Proven success with AI, automation, technology modernization, and measurable business outcomes.
• Cybersecurity and risk expertise, including board or audit committee reporting, SOX controls, SEC obligations, and public-company governance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM and revenue systems, e-commerce, MarTech, contact centers, and cloud data platforms.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, commerce, retail, channel, or product-led businesses.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar platforms, Snowflake, AI enablement, governance, and enterprise automation.
• Experience leading cybersecurity modernization, organizational transformation, or enterprise operating model change.
• Experience partnering with C-suite leaders across finance, revenue, marketing, product, software, operations, and customer experience.
