Compensation & Analytics Manager

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and competitive benefits.

What you will do

• Design, enhance, and implement base salary structures, incentive plans, and broader compensation programs.
• Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, compensation assessments, and salary structure analyses.
• Model, implement, and evaluate sales incentive and variable compensation programs with Finance and business leaders.
• Support compensation due diligence, acquisition integration, job architecture alignment, and change management activities.
• Support annual compensation planning, including merit increases, promotions, incentive funding, and budgeting analyses.
• Prepare workforce analytics, executive presentations, and Compensation Committee materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to turn complex data into business recommendations.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structure analysis, market pricing, international market data, and global compensation practices.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience building financial models and compensation analyses.
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Compensation consulting experience with a recognized consulting or advisory firm.
• Experience with sales incentive compensation programs, acquisitions, and integration activities.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and Compensation Committee materials.
• CCP certification or another compensation-related credential.
